What Is The Difference Between Auskick and Superkick?
NAB AFL Superkick is a modified version of AFL that focuses on skill development for 7-to-12-year-olds.
That means - tackle free (tag), highly social, shorter seasons and no additional training required.
It’s a great way for those with zero or limited experience to get introduced to AFL and for those current or past players who want to keep fit and play some footy with friends.
You can expect one 90-minute session per week, split into approximately 15-30 minutes of skills before participants put those skills into action with up to 45 minutes of modified match play.
Superkick is a great way for kids to gain confidence while developing footy and match play skills, while Auskick is more about learning AFL fundamental skills through game-based activities. Sessions for both are tailored based on pace and ability.
