2023 Cocktail Party

The event will once again be held at the Mulgrave Country Club in Wheelers Hill.  

We're excited to announce that, not only will the fabulous DJ Grand Master Baitz be playing our favourite tunes all night, but our MC will be none other than Dave 'Higgo' Higgins. Born and bred in Melbourne, Higgo is a Mulgrave native and Bombers’ supporter. He started his radio career over 22 years ago and has worked in Sydney, Adelaide, Newcastle and Perth, and has been back in Melbourne for the past 16 years.  Higgo can currently be heard on air from 3-6pm weekdays on Gold 104.3.  

This is one of our club’s major fundraisers for the year and our profits will support us with the day to day running of the club, the purchase of new equipment and facilities, and of course help us provide our children with the best opportunities during their junior football years.    All funds raised, also help us keep our registration fees low for our families.

Our big $1000 cash raffle will be drawn on the night. There will be auctions, raffles and loads of lucky door prizes to win, with tickets to be given out upon entry.  We'll also be presenting Club awards to deserving recipients from the Waverley Park Hawks family who work tirelessly to help run this great Club.

Tickets are $60 and plenty of great finger food will be on offer, with drinks available at the Country Club’s great value bar prices.
