2024 WPH & Auskick Presentation Day and Yearbook Orders

This event is one of the most important on the club’s calendar where we get to remember the ‘season that was’ for the Hawks and Auskick participants. We celebrate the great achievements of our teams, we award the special performances and participation of our players and we thank our coaches and officials.

Attendance at this event is compulsory for all U8-U16 players as their trophies will be distributed at the event.  U18's players are of course welcome to come along.  If any families/players cannot attend, please advise your coaches/TM's so they can ensure all trophies/awards are collected and can be passed on.  After your team presentations, stick around to socialise with your friends, grab some great food, get involved in all the fun activities and enjoy a great evening to cap off the season.

Activities include:

• Team presentations from 3:30 pm – 5:30pm

• Food trucks, canteen and bar open from 3.00pm

• Photo booth

• Tug of war – coaches v players

• Giant obstacle course

• Face painter

• Major raffle draw

• Live music

Our 2024 Yearbooks, will also be available to collect them from the WPH tent at the conclusion of the award presentations. Spare copies will also be available for those who didn’t place their order in time.

Our yearbook will feature our President’s report and Coaches reports, team/player lists, photos, stats and ladders, recognition of the milestones achieved by all of our players, perpetual and memorial trophy winners and U18 Best and Fairest winners.  We also acknowledge the contributions from our committee and sponsors, plus celebrate our life members.  

If you’d like to obtain a copy, the options are as follows: 1 free copy per family. $10 per extra copy after that. Free electronic copies will also be distributed via the newsletter and placed on the Club website  Please make your selections by choosing an option in the ticketing page. This will allow us to order the appropriate quantity from our printers.  

Orders must be placed by Friday 6th September.  

Books will be delivered to the clubrooms and can be collected from the WPH's tent at Presentation Day on September 14 - at the conclusion of all of the team presentations - after 6pm.
